There is no other word for this game. I cannot stop playing it. From the 20+ hours of horrifying campaign mode to the incredible virtually lagless multiplayer deathmatches, Doom 3 will have your heart beating faster than if you were running a marathon. I play it under the lowest resolution (for better gameplay) and I still gape open-mouthed at the incredible graphics and detail. I cannot find any reason not to buy this game.
A Note of Caution:
Doom 3 is a terrifying Sci-Fi Horror game experience. It is not recommended for the cowardly or the faint of heart. However, for those who dare face Doom 3 as it was intended; Lock your door. Turn off the lights. And turn up your sound.

This game is better than I ever thought it would be! Not to hard at first,
gets your attention and keeps it. Is much more enjoyable with a nice video card and better than average CPU, can get choppy very quickly and be annoying on minimum requirement equipment. At this price you should go ahead and buy the Res. of Evil Expansion pack too, I know I am going to.
